Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return Process:

• Email us at animaverse31@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective/damaged.
